Outlet Malls and Main Street Retails

Today we would like to talk about Outlet Malls and Main Street Retails. Many investors would like to invest in these properties. That is why we would like to explain simply for our clients. Generally speaking, Outlet malls have a large group of shops, usually outside a town or city that each sell clothes, goods, etc. Outlet malls usually are outside of large urban areas to reduce overall land cost but in close proximity to major highways.

What is the difference between an outlet mall and a regular mall?

Outlet malls look like normal retail malls but are not quite as upscale. They have fewer amenities, are typical with outside access to all of the stores, and rarely offer movies or standalone restaurants. Outlet malls do offer a more modern look than a warehouse outlet, many stores, and even new merchandise. In another study by Consumer Reports, buyers are comparing prices from outlet malls and regular malls, outlet store goods were 3% to 72% cheaper than retail locations.

Main Street Retails:

It is a retail street of a village, town, or small city in many parts of the world. It is usually a focal point for shops and retailers in the central business district. Main streets aren’t just about buying stuff. Main streets are about community. On the other hand, They’re about a sense of belonging – and attachment. They’re about your sense of wellbeing. They’re about public safety.
