In this post, we would like to answer some common questions from clients. When it comes to listing a commercial property or perhaps preparing for a presentation, it pays to have a checklist approach to work through with the client.

On one hand, we are working with a high range of sellers and investors. Typically some sellers will not tell the salesperson the whole property story or the main reason for taking property action. Day by day, each salesperson will learn to tap into the signs and signals that they are sending. Actually, The skill of ‘reading between the lines’ is valuable in commercial property today. We are here to make a sales package from the property or the business.

On the other hand, we are working with many buyers who would like to buy a property or a business. As a salesperson, we need to know:

  1. What is your business?
  2. What is your budget?
  3. How many square feet, you need, etc

What is the Gross Income? Gross income represents the total income from all sources, including returns, discounts, and allowances, before deducting any expenses or taxes.

What is the Net Income? Net income is gross profit minus all other expenses and costs as well as any other income and revenue sources that are not included in gross income.

Why a salesperson needs my Id? each salesperson needs to have an agreement with their clients. Each agreement should be under the legal name. That is why the client’s Id such as Driver’s license would help us to write the exact name without any misspelling.
