What Is A Realtor?

Commercial and Residential Properties are our job! Selling and buying real estate has its own terms and conditions. On our website, we are trying to explain each part and educate our clients. In this post, we would answer your question What Is A Realtor?

Generally speaking, A realtor is a real estate professional. Professionals who may hold the title of realtor include agents who work as residential and commercial real estate brokers, salespeople, and property managers. In addition, Realtors must belong to both a local association or board and a state association. Furthermore, they must “pledge themselves to protect and promote the interests of their client” while treating all parties to the transaction honestly. A listing agent is a real estate professional who assists a homeowner with listing and marketing their home for sale. Some of the duties of a listing broker include determining an appropriate price for the home. Also, the listing agent will arrange showings and open houses. Open houses can attract interested buyers and lead to an offer or alert the realtor to issues with the space that might be pointed out. On the other hand, open houses can entail a considerable amount of effort in organizing.

We are working with both sides, sellers, and buyers. That is why we are doing our best to have win-win transactions. If you need our help to sell your property, please reply!
